Our automation and notification services will provide you with all the power and information to be on top of the things and save you time on all the unnecessary hustle.

Customization is really the name of the game when it comes down to adapting the program to you and your company’s needs, so let’s take our first and exciting step starting with “Boards”. In short, “Boards” are the foundation for everything that happens on the platform. There are three types of Boards on a platform:

The first type is the main Board, we prefer to look at it as your own open office. Everyone can see the projects that you and your team are working on when provided access.

The second type is a shareable Board, for those instances that you want to share or cooperate on your current projects with somebody outside your office. So, whenever you want someone to chime in on what you’re doing, just invite them as a guest, who doesn’t love having guest over. Just remember, they will only see exactly what you’re allowing them to see from your side.

Finally, the third type is a privacy Board, this board will best suit if you’re working on something confidential or just want to keep things private. Shhh, we won’t tell anyone.

Alright! Now that we got that out of the way, let’s dive in and see what all the fuss is about. So, as we mentioned before, ***.com allows you to manage absolutely everything and is highly customizable. You can really make it into your own and create as many boards as you like for any type of project.

Inside each board, you will quickly find the Board’s title and its description which you can obviously adjust for your own needs. Below, you can find the groups, which may represent whatever you want them to, your clients, weeks, individual projects. Also, you can always add even more groups by clicking the down-facing arrow -> “Add Group of Pulses” and you’re all good to go. WE NEED MORE GROUPS!

For this week’s group, you can swiftly add as many tasks/pulses as you want, arranging them in your preferable order while customizing them with our awesome colors and pallets for visual clarity and stimulation.

Now let me introduce you to one of your new best friends on the platform that sits on the right side of the group, the plus icon button. By clicking on it you will be able to add any column you heart desires per each group task. The choices are all-encompassing, so you can add ‘Status’ to know whether the project is moving or stuck, ‘People’ to know who exactly works on which project. Now you can start preparing those monthly bonuses accordingly. You can also add ‘Timeline’ and ‘Date’ if you want your team to be aware and notified when the due dates closing in just in time. You can even synchronize it with your Google Calendar or any other calendar app of your taste. Just press the date that you assigned for a project and on the pop-up window press ‘Synch with’ and then simply follow our instructions.

The ‘Timeline’ button will help you and your team to visualize the workflow and process until its completion. By simply clicking on the bar you can choose the start and end date for each project or even open the bigger picture mode to see how it interacts with other timelines. Once you’re on the ‘Timeline’ graph, you can adjust it by the status of the project, or even by the person that is tasked with the project. This way you can see if a certain project needs more attention and therefore reassign additional team members so they can help each other out. This is precisely the amount of control our platform provides for managing your company.

As soon as you choose the right people for the right job, ***.com will automatically notify your personnel at that very second. All the important notifications for you and your workers can be seen in the top left corner by clicking the bell button and checking their work email. The whole process is automatic so you as a manager have one thing less to worry about. Go get a power nap, you deserve it!

Remember that ‘Status’ column that we’ve created, we will let you in on a secret, but you can use it in a few different ways. Besides knowing the actual status of each project, you can add an additional ‘Status’ column and then rename it to ‘Priority’ by clicking on it. Now you can assign the relevant priority to each task and even organize them in the order of importance and color.

Now let’s talk numbers! Or more like a ‘Numbers’ column. In the same way we previously added ‘Status’ and ‘Timeline’ to your group, you can choose to add ‘Numbers’. This comes in handy every time you need to keep track of costs, percentages or the company’s budget. By clicking on the added column field, you can select your relevant currency or a suitable function. FYI the function is set for calculating a sum by default, so keep that in mind.

If you haven’t gotten the needed customization that suits your unique project, you can always fall back on the plus icon button that takes you to the ‘Column Center’. There you can discover even more opportunities which will make your job easier and make things running smoothly from A to Z.

Now that we got that out of the way, let us show other helpful things ***.com can provide you in just a few clicks. Suppose you as a manager trying to look up a certain individual on your team to figure out his workload and what projects he has going on. You can find the team member in question by typing his name into the search bar, just below the Boards description or press the contacts icon to pick him out through his profile picture. We see you, Matt, get on it!

On top of that, we are very proud of our activity log, it’s that cute icon on the top right-hand corner that resembles a heart rate diagram. There you can find all the activities and changes that all your team members have been doing on the platform. By the way, did we mention that you can chat with them directly all throughout our platform? By clicking on the relevant pulse under a certain group, you’ll notice that the update section has popped up. There you can directly message the employee tasked with this project by typing ‘@’ symbol and then choosing his name or typing the first few syllables. Then the employee will receive the notification through his email as well as under the bell icon. After that, you can freely chat, discuss his process and even exchange a few silly GIFS.

Finally, the last, but certainly not the least is our ‘Search Everything’ feature. You can access it on the very top of the platform, right next to our ***.com logo. Basically, this feature allows you to search anything across all your boards and everything you ever put on the system. Over there you’ll find some ‘Hot Tags’, ‘Recent Searches’ and ‘Saved Searches’. You can also type in anything you might be looking for in a search bar and let our algorithm do the rest. If it is out there, we’ll get it for you.

Now, of course, this is only the beginner’s guide, a few quick tips and tricks to get your managing experience running as quickly as possible, that’s why we are happy and excited for you to learn more on the go while ***.com adopts to all your business’s needs. In the meantime, you can always contact our support team at support@***.com, that is waiting on the standby and eager to answer any of your questions. You can always call just to have a quick chat, we welcome it. I also would suggest checking out our ‘How to create alert reminders?’ article that might be helpful for a new user.
